All products will be shipped according to your region, including international destinations. Cancellations & Refunds
At B.Renewed LLC, customer's satisfaction is our top priority.
We ensure that all units are thoroughly inspected before shipping to maintain the premium standards our customers expect. As wigs and hair pieces are considered hygienic products, we take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously.
Order Changes:
- If you need to change your order details, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Any requests for changes after this period will not be accommodated.
- Changes can only be made before production begins. If your order is still within the 24-hour window, we will gladly make the requested adjustments.
- Once production has started, no changes can be made to the order.
Pre-Order Products:
- Pre-order products have a 30-day production process. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, as this time frame is necessary to ensure the highest quality for your custom-made items.
Cancellation Policy:
- We understand that ordering products from B. Renewed is an important decision. Please note that our products are handmade and customized specifically for you, and we incur non-refundable processing fees, labor costs, and material costs as soon as production begins.
- For standard orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will incur a fee of $15.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed according to your banking institution's timelines.
- Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
- Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not permitted once orders are received.
